This is just the normal process they have to go through. It will probably help that we are actually in partnership with the Algerian government who should also be keen to get this project up and going to assist them with their unemployent problems.
If you are worried about the project being stolen from TZN I would also not be concerned about that. Reputation is very important to any government and the fact that there are many multi national companies heavily invested in Algeria due to the large oil and gas industry they have means that they would be very well aware of maintaining their current good reputation.
I think they have already taken their slice of the pie by being a 35% partner without having to contribute much so far.
