terramin to seek arbitration on algerian jv

Only an opinion, and I sincerely hope it's wrong, but this unreasonable recalcitrant behaviour by Terramin's JV partners smacks of conspiracy. TZN claim to have ticked all the right boxes and even are looking at ways to increase the JV partner's percentage ownership (which I strongly disagree with). Why should they weaken their % of the company and why shouldn't the agreement be signed and mining go ahead as per agreed to terms.

If they squirm out of this one, I can't see anyone else doing business with them, unless.... they are playing footsies with another very cashed up government.

As I say, I hope this guess/opinion is totally wrong and that there is a reasonable outcome to this farce and that honest, wise and calm heads prevail.
