    You assume way too much.

    Your comment "WMT would need to go above 45c by the conversion date to justify paying 10c for WMTO now."

    should read:

    "If you intend holding WMTO for four years, WMT would need to go above 45c by the conversion date to justify paying 10c for WMTO now".
