But I hope it does not-- and it is in many people's interests that it does not.
The Banks are taking a hit to make this happen.

Being an optomist- I believe this deal will save the company, the shareholders and the employees.
The infrastructure is there, the ore exists , the prices are right , and we are not due for a typhoon for a while
