This stock is just being hammered by the shorters time and time again - if you strip out the non royalty payment the results are not terrible.
the non milestone payment has clearly been effected by the FDA statement that was made last year in Jan 2014. The stock price is not reflective at all of long term value that is for sure.

ACR has not lost market share - has cash in the bank has no liabilities and has a treatment that is unique and is expanding into bigger markets such as Brazil, South Africa and South Korea - with huge populations

The shorters are using anything to the hammer the stock to ridiculous levels on low volume . there is a sydney fund manager who just keeps selling the stock - it only takes half a million of stock to moves this stock 30% - not a lot in the scheme of things.
Unfortunately for holders - it is a struggle holding due to the above

Also the FDA should come out with a conclusive statement about this drug since other reports and studies disagree with the FDA. The FDA Jan 2014 statement has not been updated.
