The rubbish about trucks driving into people and use of knives is absolutely baloney.

did just recently, and I mean recently, a youth in Australia was charged with murder for deliberately running down another youth at a party with a car?

Many decades ago , guns, poison, dynamite and etc. where not a problem to get.

Guns were use to shoot rabbits, Kangaroos and other animals.

Poison was readily available as well, for it was used on rabbits, rats and etc.


Dynamite was used to blow out tree stumps.

What has really changed is people in society.

Removing some weapons may help, but it will always come back to the "intent" not the weapon of choice.

More people die in cars, but we would not walk to a mates funeral who died in a car accident, we would drive and not think of banning cars.

Funny people around.

Live and enjoy life to the best of your ability, for it's not what happens to you, but how you handle it, that's important.
