    Yes I remember well they gave their mate Owen a parting gift of $9M right after their employers the shareholders voted an emphatic NO.

    Owen also sold how many millions worth of his holding a couple of days before the trading halt/suspension if I remember correctly.

    You're 100% on the money - these people are an absolute disgrace. Is a civil suit an option? I don't want to target the company - just the inept thieving mongrels who have destroyed it.
