pickle1: Nice post by you. I do like PCL a lot. However, I feel that I do have a couple of remarks in respect to your "racing calendar":
a) A negative one: I believe that the BANIYAS project is delayed into 2011...
b) An additional positive one (IF things can get sorted out - and I believe the grounds do have great potential):
The JV grounds together with former GOP (now Flow Energy) on-shore and off-shore Kenya should be entering into a race as well I would hope ??!
c) And the darkest of dark horses not to be forgotten: The grounds off-shore Malta. (as mentioned - a complete outsider with extreme odds against!)
