never really noticed any bagging........it just comes with the territory
nor did I notice article in the age.........just did a wee search and nothing came up...can you recall the heading ?
melbourne market has been extra hot since about may last year...........quite a few got out of the market and into property then, then another binge around june with superfunds cashing out and in for the retiree's putting up to a million into their funds........recall 5 properties in a block area about 100 metres square all coming on the market within 3 weeks, all were sold before auction at high prices.....that was early may 07.........and while not expecting a crash.......I suspect quite a few have swapped shares for property in the past couple of months, since the sub prime thing raised its head..hence melb props are so hot
