just mark the day the SEC stopped naked short selling on your chart you know - yesterday i believe.
Now do the uptick rule removal July 6 2007.
Not convinced? try a EURUSD chart and M3 reporting cessation March 23 2006. i'd do the charts for you but if ya can't be bothered.........
I remember everyone denying the need for M3 reporting - you could work it out anyway apparently, but no one ever bothered.
