Finally the board says no! We as shareholders were awear of the holding in MON but not awear of $18 million loan, I for one am very disappointed with the board for letting TTY get into this mess, if things cotinued MK would have wanted another $4 million and another $4 million it had to be stopped.

IMO i think some board members were intimidated by him, I am pleased the SP held-up well and hope we can go forward, but because of this I am not happy that now we have to look at securing limited additional funding.
