According to USA government statistics, last year, excluding Iraq, the most terror related deaths were in India, mainly caused by secessionist groups from the north, communists and Hindu extremists. Colombia was next, Afghanistan fourth and Nepal was fifth.
I expect the total deaths due to terrorism around the world are much higher than what he claimed.
