100% agree. UNV was well run and profitable. Financially and regulatory SOLID for over 10 years. I'm an original UNV shareholder and I'll repeat what I said on the UNV forum the day TER announced that they are removing Tony Weber and Henri Bonsma from the UNV board.....'they will come to regret that decision'. If TER did their DD properly they would have realised that those two gentlemen were critical to UNV's success and without them doomed to failure.

UNV was a success because it was well managed and prudent, focussed on delivering a return to shareholders. TER management are in it for themselves. How else do you explain the massive success fee Ransley received for closing the UNV deal and the rediculously high salaries they are paying themselves.

I am gutted as I am losing real value watching TER destroying the UNV business and knowing that they will probably get away with this by blaming others or the business environment in South Africa.
