Firstly they want to be free of all western influences an of course Israel.
You think terrorists in Indonesia, Thailand, Chechnya,India, Pakistan, Thailand, E Timor, Afghanistan, Japan, China give a rat's arse about Western influence? They want to get rid of their own local conditions and simply replace them with their version of whatever they happen to think is firstlt best for them and then what might be best for their country.
And the Islamic terrorist? They are just plain crazy. The Arabic Muslim looks down at the Asian Muslim, like to say they have got Mohammad's message screwed up. The Russian Chechnyan Muslim thinks all Arabs are losers. And the rest of the Muslims? They don't even think.
This being free of wetern infuence is a furphy. China is not a western country yet Muslims believe they should also be overthrown and that the only religion, not the dominant religion, but the only world wide religion, should be Islam.

Regarding Israel, what on earth would an Indonesian Muslim know about Israel? If one was asked to point out Israel on a map, he would look at you as if you just arrived from Mars. He hasn't got a clue, the poor brainwashed bastard!

A country of 6 million of whom 80% are Jews are an oasis among an Arab 120 million Muslims, and has surpassed them in every field known to man, except terror, tourist killers, drug running, slavery, murderers of their own, rating women one step up from dogs and the list goes on.
