My tack is that we have to think outside the "Muslim, Jew, Christian square" and stop the blaming the masses for the behavior of a few (as religion as we all know is the cause of most confrontation around the world). Lets just bring into the open these people that have been identified as having "anti social behavior" and get rid of them in whatever way we can. Whether they be from Rwanda, the Balkans or the Middle East, there should be nowhere to hide for known child killers.
