Completely right Geo, the execs wanted shares at a discount in the LTIP, now they can have as many as they want at a huge discount.

If they aren't now willing to put their hands in the own pocket and take up this opportunity to get shares in the company at a massive discount then it shows that they didn't really want skin in the game, they just wanted more free stuff at zero risk to them.

If they don't start buying now and come to us in a couple of months wanting shares at a discount I'll be pretty pissed off.
