Bowen has one of the biggest jobs in Govt and he has a plan that has obviously, due to the fine detail and the approach including State/Territory consultation as well as energy operator and agencies etc, been thoroughly researched over years. the Plan is what I consider to be a massive improvement on the non-plans of the Morrison mob.
