1./ That was LAST year and NOT this year with the Credit Crunch crisis in funding.
2./ The asset you are talking about is here, NOT in the US where majority of Centro assets are which have taken a beating in asset valuations the last 3-6 months.
3./ Companies you are talking about there are NOT as highly geared as Centro so cannot compare!!!
