Once again you get a big FAIL 007. Who care's if the investment is losing a couple of thou a year in the EARLY years. If the investor has gone into their investment with their eyes wide open it is irrelevant as they will get far more back in the latter years of the investment. Please show me how many actual businesses started up in their early years make more money than is actually put into them? Not many will - so why on earth would anyone invest in a business? Answer they expect to make a return over a longer period of time!
