Peter i also believe that the Chinese would be fastracking the drilling of Balmoral to prove up 6 billion ton of magnetite with the onset of price negotiations with BHP,RIO and CVRD. After copping an 18.6%, 71.5%, 19% and shaping up for another 10% price increase this year they are hell bent on putting their foot on as many long term iron ore resources as they can. This is where i see the value of ARH coming into play during these negotiations in the first quarter of next year. These price negotiations are fought out to end of March for April 2007 deliveries on.
