I've just come across a patent application on the WIPO website, which has been titled "Pharmaceutical Formulation". The patent from page 7 onwards uses the TPM Propofol invention as an example.
So does this also mean that the active ingredients listed on page 2 could contain both the additional Terumo formulations and injectables?
