Approaching 12 weeks since survey was completed... must be using fingers to count...however seeing it has taken so long they might be using their toes...it does take some time to take off socks!! Pull your finger out BLR!! I know it won't do anything to SP, but when they indicate a timeframe you would think they might like to stick to it.
