I dislike the way the article is written. Sob story of someone who seems to have made bad choices. Like overcommitted on loans, businesses failing, possibly in debt for other reasons. And what would he want that amount of power for? Two things that come to mind are mining bitcoin and growing marihuana indoors. Neither are good choices.
