HappyCats, i think you need to do a little research. No Major is building a reasonable Electric car. The Leaf is selling well but it and all the others have no range. Tesla is building cars as fast as they can make them with production well over 30000 this year. and next year with the Model s and Model X will sell significantly more. The plan is to grow the Freemont factory to 500,000 units per year with the Model III being the Mass produced vehicle production estimate of 2016. The Majors like GM and Ford are already so far behind and so far stuck in the past they will deserve what they get.
