    Currently where Cobalts price stands is really frustrating, don't know what will have positive impact on it, there must be someone bigger name standing forward and pushing Cobalt as good commodity to life of Batteries and other conductors. I've been sitting on COB in Red (bought at $0.19) for quite sometime now.
    To me COB is speculative BUY
