the reduced price would have been after the uproar that was reported when a dealer quoted $33k (aussie pesos) and now Nissan have a replacement program for $9990 plus labour. I would hate to suggest a car dealer would take the piss. My point being that a lot of this stuff is overblown hype and goodluck to the hundreds of thousands of Aussies that dont live in capital cities with EV's May oil futures went negative last night so in the big scheme of things too many powerful vested interests arent going to be jumping on the EV band wagon anytime soon. But more than happy to be completely wrong
