I'm happy to see both sides of this story (I'm not JUST a PLS die-hard), but the article you quoted says that they are YET TO PRODUCE EVEN 2500t per year (in their own estimation equivalent to 60000 vehicles @ 40kg per vehicle). POSCO expect to "complete construction and begin commercial production within the year".
Did you provide a link elsewhere to an expansion to 40,000t per year?
