This kind of falls flat though since this patent isn't current news, they applied for this month's ago. If tesla and nvx are as close as people think, then tesla would have been well aware of what the patent could offer back when they first applied for ir. Lastly had tesla been interested in licencing it right away there would be no need for a capital raise, it looks more like nvx needs time to find the best way to commercialize the patent.
