We dont know where DPMG sits in the production process so it may be materially very difficult to license out except to new builds or rebuilds. If the savings in materials and costs are substantial and performance enhanced then replacing the side production line of anodes and cathodes may make good economic sense as one could build the new supply line in parallel and then plug it into the battery line with a minimal shutdown period. There is little point in licensing out the syn graph tech as these mass production USA facilities are yet to be built so NVX might as well own them. NVX will have the backing of some of the worlds largest corporations so a massive ramp in US syngraph by NVX is possible. Feral
