FYI
In 2017 an Australian mining company Graphite Corp, working on a natural graphite deposit, took over Canadian battery material testing company Novonix in Nova Scotia, and changed it’s ASX listing name to Novonix. At the same time they formed another company called PUREgraphite in Tennessee as a synthetic graphite supply company to produce anode material for Electric Vehicles and Electric Storage Systems.
