Just staying with NVX being a supplier of Anode and Cathode battery materials - no coincidence on why Tennesse was chosen as the manufacturing base.
It's right in the heart of U.S auto ally. Major auto manufacturing plants surrounding it. More importantly, SKI Innovation is building two Giggafactors next door in Georgia and LG Chem in Ohio

Plus the next Tesla Giggafactor is likely to be built in Texas. North Carolina is NA only Lithium hydroxide production area too. NVX can't really get any more centrally located than that.
