Elon has delayed battery day by several months and I feel this is not purely Covid.
A possible explanation is rigorous testing of a new technology before announcing it to the world, Elon and Tesla don't want to announce something that isn't proven.
It is a well known fact that America and Tesla want to reduce reliance on China for materials and supply chain, in order to achieve this they need synthetic graphite
Who has the best synthetic? NVX.
Add to this the small excerpts of the announcement regarding new electrolyte technology when in combination with the DPMG significantly improves performance against all other products INCLUDING current Tesla batteries.
