I will note that 10 days later, I have to lean on the side of Zappos' word being gold. Mark Thompson leaning funnily in his chair with the tesla car + 4680 battery (sticker?) has me convinced. That is the single most blatant non-repping of a company I have ever seen. He can't say shit, but come on, he isn't exactly hiding it either.

So next time Zappos says something, I will be very much inclined to listen. The announcement may not be for another 6 months, but from what I can see, EVA production + permit = offtakes.
