These reporters are plebs and are just making themselves look like idiots taking Elon words seriously
Read this article and it makes sense of what Elon is actually saying... These reporters are just making articles to get readers is the main game even though they are incorrect.
This link by cymon makes perfect sense of what Elon is doing, make extreme deadlines even if you miss the deadline you are way in front of what would be normally possible
