imo This could be a further blow the fuel cell technology of Toyota etc which according to a recent articles, is struggling to gain any place in the market outside of China. Will they need to adapt to a Graphite rich Panasonic/Tesla produced battery? Tesla are certainly expanding their global Supercharger network at an exciting pace.
