Here's a great video about a 2000 mile ( 3200 km ) road trip across the US in a Tesla model 3. It's a bit long but if it is very informative for potential Model 3 owners. Particularly Australian ones concerned about range and charging.
It's pretty much warts and all and therefore it demonstrates the good things and the bad things about range etc. Obviously it's in the US where they have much better charging infrastructure than Australia does.
I like the way these Tesla owners do these videos. They don't seem interested in pretending evs are perfect however the information they provide would be very useful for a prospective buyer. You're not going to get that kind of help from any dealership.
Also, remember he is using the Tesla charging network. If you bought a different brand of ev the assistance and information available might be different.
