At this end of the market everything is so highly dependent on the structure, composition and related intent of the Board both individually and collectively and not many understand this. Most times some folks understand it but don't know how to go about researching and then forming an opinion or assessing from a risk perspective to determine whether they can make a profit or not. some read and see the data but cannot draw a conclusion due to inexperience or just plain ineptitude.

I dont think you are any of the above by the way, you are a little different and have an industry thematic approach but even this pushes governance and capability aside for more pressing items first.
