I dont think you are any of the above by the way, you are a little different and have an industry thematic approach but even this pushes governance and capability aside for more pressing items first.

I have spent the last couple of days reading a few good articles on how to objectively assess the BoD as well as executive management. I have now added this to my checklist, and its now written - tick and flick.
Makes my investment strategy more bullet proof.
Just a basic outline, will be vastly improved through the day.
