In fact, I have started to read corporate governance documents just to get a better idea of how they want to be governed. A comparative study between good board's and bad boards is very evident and brings to light glaring deficiencies. i can't tell you (I'm sure you already know) how important the DAD principal applies even at the board level. Did - what did the board do? Achieve - what did they achieve by doing it? Demonstrate - what did they demonstrate by this achievement?
