One has to wonder why the proposed book build due to close months ago didn't eventuate.

I reckon our CR will include an equity interest in wolfsberg and/or an offtake agreement. If it includes an offtake agreement, no doubt they would want to check the product specs and metallurgy. This may be the reason for the delayed CR IMO. I'm very confident our next market sensitive ann will be a bottler. Next to no free shares floating around and no huge interest on HC suits just fine :)
