IMO the greatest thing to come from Tesla's announcement is that the starting gun has been fired. Many firms have just been tinkering around trying to find the ultimate solution & not going into production, but now a prominent party has announced that there will shortly be available an attractive, affordable & simple to operate home storage pack. In other words - the race has started guys, either get of your chuffs & join in or get left behind.
This will also completely change the dynamics when considering solar power for housing.
