If you listen carefully to Elon, you will notice that he deliberately doesn't apply for patents to his technologies because he wants to share his knowledge with the world, thus supporting his claim that he is passionate about renewables, a sustainable future and the environment.
That's why you can't "pinpoint" Tesla in the above graph.
