I am a big fan of what Elon has set off to do. but the SEC has rules in place to precent the next Rock & Roll swindle. so "nothing to see here" depends on the eye(s) of the beholder I suppose. So nothing to see other than the bleeding obvious, that the Board of the company are each drinking a Rock-Star's cool-aid, and all of whom appear to be in his pocket. From a governance perspectIve, the village idiot would have had the idea to sanctioned the CEO soon after the tweet was sent. Hard to critize a guru or indded a Bishop - yep, we have seem it all before.
