T4m I personally don`t feel HAARP actually offers you and i any benefits. Some use teslas achievments daily but its his stumble over scalar energy which has potential issues.
I wonder if there is any residual effect today of nuclear testing at various altitudes and depths, with really, no control. Nuclear energy was already produced so why would the military commit to such questionable testing by todays standards. HAARP is owned by such groups. Scalar energy is radical in itself. Although it has proven literature for human health, it is the weaponry side that alert me.
