Hey HotRod on the gas pipeline, don't mean to poke holes but from my quick estimate:
Wonarah is about 280 km from Tennant creek following the Barkly hwy, or 220 km as the crow flies (green line).
Kalium Lakes did a similar tie-in to a gas pipeline in WA, sourced a $74M NAIF loan package for 78 km of 100mm gas pipe tie-in.
So AEV realistically would be looking at approx $260M for a pipe along the Barkly hwy (which would be the realistic path for construction)
or approx $210M as the crow flies.
