Yes, there are a lot of large players other than much-hyped Tesla, but you can't discount them. Just because you are big and have big pockets doesn't mean you are smart and suceeed. Tesla has shaken up the car market where previously the car makers were working together to dribble out improvements to an old tech. (sounds familiar with smartphones today. eg, camera and speed). Good on Tesla.
I've been for a ride in a Tesla and they are mighty impressive computers, err cars.
There will be many player that suceeds in this space, which bodes well for companies that mine the minerals needed. Many are focussing on lithium more than other elements required which my last post highlighted. Graphene is a good space me thinks and isn't a winner takes all either.
