ElectricLeo here here, I think your right on the money especially your comments in the last sentence! At 17.5c this stock is very very cheap and as other posters have commented as soon as we hear news of the first shipment leaving Esperance we should be going up at a rapid rate. Its been a long wait but our patience will be rewarded.
