Have you thought about the 10 for 1 share consolidation?

780m shares plus become 78m shares plus = new share price of lets says $2.50 (previously estimate only $0.25 before consolidation)

Now 500m committed from banks so need 1.5B to develop sunrise so 1,5B divided by $2 (capital raise @ 20% discount means 750m new shares issued bringing total back to 779m plus shares on issue and project fully funded and 100% owned.

Just a thought on what may play out, Sure some dilution but there is a lot of value in the ground and that is what we know of!

BTW - LYC instigated a strategy like this over the last couple of years (albeit fighting political issues that capped capacity to increase production & profit). They now look like having processing footprints in USA, ASIA and Australia fully funded for growth and demand going forward. Ching Ching!
