There is merit in your safe buy plan for sure, but it also depends on how you like to play the game, if you are a punter or not ( and you really should be at this end of the market). The flip side is, of course, that 35 million shares at .006 a few weeks back, cost nearly the same as your 1 million at 20 cents but worth 35 times more. It is all risk v reward. in any event if your buy average is low the likelihood of " losing the lot" lessens as you have more opportunity to bail out!
