Production of 811 in the demonstration plant may prove up ability but its not a solution.
You need a full sized plant to production where is that situated or going to materialize from ?
We need $1.4 Billion or a plant,
I am trying to be positive here, so please tell us how that can possibly happen with the failures to date.
